Return Process

  Securely pack your jewelry in its original branded box and protective packaging to ensure it arrives back to us safely.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
